After a long wait i have joined mca in anna university guindy campus. here i'm posting my experience in short: (hope helpful for some students) If you have a under graduate degree and maths at HSC you can join MCA. Every year anna university conducting TANCET entrance exam. you have to write this exam then only you are eligible to get in to mca/mba counseling.
